INTRODUCTION
Our introductory meeting allows us to understand your specific needs, whether it be a new facility built-to-suit, a tenant improvement of your existing space, or a specialized medical office for your continuing endeavors.

PRELIMINARY DESIGN & ESTIMATING
After the introductory meeting , our in-house design professionals work hand in hand with you to design a “space plan” tailored to the specific needs of your business and discuss preliminary finish selections that meet the budget. Every space plan and combination of finish selections are unique to each project, and we keep the client in mind each step of the way. This preliminary design allows us to provide an estimate for the project to affirm we can meet the expectations of all involved.

PERMITTING, BIDDING & ESTIMATING
Our in-house design professionals will complete all construction drawings & final selections with you to complete the scope of the project. We then solicit competitive bids from our subcontractor trades to drive a cost-effective solution to your project, while acquiring the permits necessary for the work. Upon approval of the final budget, work will commence.

CONSTRUCTION & WARRANTY
Engagement of all subcontractors and vendors begins, project schedule gets finalized, and our team commences the execution of the work. Our professional supervisors will be maintaining a healthy workflow of all aspects of the project, while keeping you engaged along the way. Upon completion, our professional warranty services team will handle any warrantable items that may arise during your initial occupancy of the space.
